For medical reasons, we have to eat gluten free. We've tried all the rice spaghetti's that look like Italian pasta, but those have been pasty and tasted awful. A chef at a restaurant in Durham, NC created a dish for us made from your rice noodles. It was delicious, so we asked for the name of the noodles. We've now used them at home exclusively. They are a perfect substitute for wheat pasta. Taste of Thai - all of the sizes we've tried - hold the flavor of the sauce, cook to the tenderness we want and keep their shape even as left-overs a day later. We've made all kinds of dishes with the Taste of Thai rice noodles with total success. We order them directly from the web site since there don't seem to be any locations near Kansas City that carry it.
